Do you think I push them too hard?

Also, in other news (but in the same vein)…

    lol! No, they’re just gifted.

Have you at least allowed them to have their first kisses? (I usually forget!)

Eeep! Not yet. Mireille’s rolled the want up, but she hasn’t met anyone who I deem worthy… yet. LOL Chance couldn’t care less. All he wants to do is study! The sad thing is that they got almost all of these scholarships the day after they aged up, so there’s still plenty more for them to get (and they will).

Your kids need friends, my dear. At the rate they’re going, they’ll be bored stiff by the time adulthood comes around! ha ha

What must the parents think of their genius babies? Or is this the reaction of the kids upon learning what their parents are – just drown themselves in work? (Just brainstorming here)

LOL Chance has one friend (and that’s enough for him) and Mireille has too many (the freakin’ phone rings ALL THE TIME). Yeah, I’m afraid they’ll run into the “I have nothing to doooooo!” thing when they age up, but in all fairness, they did max out at least two skills each while they were toddlers – so I think they’re satisfied. čśŤ And… I have an interesting (I hope) storyline planned for Chance if he’s heir which will keep him rather busy, and Mireille’s LTW is purely social so if she’s heiress she’ll never have time to study. I figured it’s best to get it out of the way while they’re young! čÖé

So far, Addie and Roger have been the ones pushing for these scholarships. They are both Knowledge Sims, and they keep rolling up the want for the twins to get scholarships. At first, I wasn’t even going to bother with finding out how well they had done until I was about to ship them off to Uni, but Roger and Addie both kept rolling that want up, so I made the call. And then -WHAM- my screen is bombarded with pop-ups. I was glad I had Fraps running because I don’t think I’ve ever had teens get that many before!

Ahh! Chance and Mireille must be very willing to do all of that skilling, or otherwise terrified of Mistress Robin!

Sim Goddess

Welcome to my blog! My name is Robin and I have been playing The Sims 2 since it was first released (September 13 2004 - technically it came out on the 14, but I had preordered it from EB Games so I got it a day early). Before that, I had been playing original Sims game since... 2000? 2001? I'm not quite sure, but I do remember having to wait for Hot Date to be released. So yeah, I've been playing Sims for years.

This blog, Shadows and Blood, is the home of my legacy (and sometimes some real life stuff too). What is a legacy? Oh, just look at my "Site-ations" list and you'll find a link. I don't have a link to the official site because it fails and I am against it (hence putting my story here, rather than on my Simpage).

So yeah, sit back and read my story. Tell me what you think (unless you think it blows - in that case, don't let the browser hit you in the ass on the way out... jk) or just stop by and say hello. Unlike my Sims, I don't bite.
